This year we are celebrating our 10th Annual Beach Body Boot Camp, and we're going BIG! Join us April 27th - May 25th for your biggest transformation yet!

Over the course of 4 weeks, we'll be offering a total of 20 in-person classes/time slots to choose from to attend - you are welcome to attend them all if you choose! Weekly sessions will take place according to the schedule below with varying locations between the Fitness Center and Camp Flewellen! Check it out see which days and times would fit your schedule best:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays | 5:00AM - 6:00AM | At the Fitness Center Community Room
  • Tuesdays and Thursday | 6:30PM - 7:30PM | At Camp Flewellen
  • Saturdays | 7:00AM - 8:00AM | At the Fitness Center Community Room

Your Program includes:

  • Optional FREE Body Composition Measurements at the Beginning and End of the Program to Track your Progress.
  • Access to a Full Team of Professional Personal Trainers and Nutrition Coach
  • Personalized Indoor/Outdoor Classes 5 DAYS A WEEK

Summer vacations are just around the corner, let us help you reach those summer goals. Be prepared to jump-start your summer with fun and creative workouts from our team of certified Personal Trainers!

The total cost for the program is $140 (as low as $7.00 per session!!!!) but register by April 15th and get access to our Early Bird Special at only $125 for the program.

All ticket sales are FINAL and end on April 26th.

Important Dates to Note:

Program Package Pick Up & Measurements: Saturday April 27th | 9:00am - 11:00am | Camp Flewellen

  • Stop by Camp Flewellen to meet your Coaches, pick up your program packet, pre-order meals from Balanced Foods (optional) and complete your starting body composition measurements to track your progress through the month! If you are unable to make it to the kick-off event, please contact our team separately to ensure you are set up for success.

Brunch & Learn Nutrition Workshop: Saturday, May 11th | 9:00am - 11:00am | Fitness Center Community Room

  • Come Brunch and Learn with us as you gain more insight into how your body functions on the inside and how your gut biome can positively affect or negatively stall your long-term progress with your Nutritional Coach Tiffany K! This workshop is potluck style, and participants are encouraged to bring a dish to share.

Final Measurements: Saturday, May 25th | 9:00am - 11:00am | Fitness Center Community Room

  • Stop by for your final measurements and to celebrate your progress with your Coaches. We can't wait to celebrate your hard work and discipline throughout the program together!

 

A minimum of 35 participants is required for the program to occur.
