Butts & Guts will be held in the Community Room at the Ranch Fitness Center on Mondays from 10:30 a.m. -11:15 a.m.
Once you purchase your ticket, you will have access to the entire month of classes!
December Schedule: 12/2 & 12/9
Join us for a 45-minute workout focused on strengthening the core area of the body including your abs, back, and butt! This program will challenge your entire core such as the abdominals, obliques, while building stronger glutes. We will focus on strength training and functional movements which will help improve your overall power, strength, and stabilization!
