This class caters to our male senior residents and focuses on deterring the effects of aging via promoting muscle, bone, and joint integrity, along with promoting balance, strength, flexibility and enhanced functional performance. The class implements a variety of equipment including TRX straps, free weights, tubing, etc. Modifications can easily be made in this class based on the individual needs of the participants.
