Men's Senior Fitness will be held from 8:00 am-8:45 am! in the Community Room on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Once you purchase your ticket, you will have access to the entire month's classes!

*****There will be no session on 11/28 in observance of Thanksgiving.
This class caters to our male senior residents and focuses on deterring the effects of aging via promoting muscle, bone, and joint integrity, along with promoting balance, strength, flexibility and enhanced functional performance. The class implements a variety of equipment including TRX straps, free weights, tubing, etc. Modifications can easily be made in this class based on the individual needs of the participants.
