Strength and Stability will be held in the Community Room Thursday mornings from 10:05 am-10:50 am!
Once you purchase your ticket, you will have access to the entire month's Strength and Stability classes!

Our Women's Strength and Stability class is designed to address specific muscle weakness, joint instability/stability, balance training, and inflexibility associated with deficits that occur as we age specifically for women!
